The room was very clean and nice. The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect.

We liked everything.

For proximity to the Aquarium, Convention Center, restaurants, expressways, and attractions as Rock City and Ruby Falls, this motel's location is ideal.

Bathroom was not clean enough.

Hotel room was overall fairly clean and everything was in working order. Shower area could have been cleaner. Outside noises can be unpleasant at times, unless you're a heavy sleeper. Has 24 hour dinner that serves everything except kitchen sink! ...read more

Awful and disgusting. Don't ever stay at this hotel. The parking is completely awful and mundane. If there is no parking spots available they expect you to park across or down the street. The bathtub was extremely disgusting and unsanitary. You have to drive 20 minutes down the road just to get anything to eat other than the high priced "cafe" they have inside. Very convenient to downtown, walk where you want to go, very affordable.

Some Days Inns can be pretty sketchy, but this one is the nicest I've ever been to. It's not fancy; it's still a Days Inn, but I would happily stay there again. We didn't need anything special, just a clean room with a bed and bath. The room also had a mini-fridge and microwave if you wanted to bring any food or snacks with you. We were able to walk just a few blocks to the heart of the downtown area by the river, and I felt perfectly safe. The restaurant/diner/cafe downstairs was good too. Again, it wasn't fancy, but there's something on that menu for everyone, and it's good and affordable. A bad hotel can ruin your trip, but this was great for us. It was a non-smoking room; but cigarette smoke smell was coming through the bathroom. Vent making the room smell of smoke. The bed covers had burn holes.

I was disappointed with the hotel. I will not stay here again. Live and learn.

How helpful the staff was.

The café food could have been a little better.

Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff was fantastic and helped out in any way they could. Our room was comfortable and clean. Very happy with our stay there.
